Fakhri Sports Club, with Raza mubarak and efforts of Janab Amil Sahab, formed just a couple of months back under the banner of Fakhri Medical Aid organized the First ever Table Tennis Tournament for the mumeneen of Bangalore.

Their was a tremendous response and twenty players participated in the tournament. The players who participated were:

Group A

Mustafa Akotwala, Munaf Viramgamwala, Taher Kapadia, Adil Engineer, M Tamim Izzy

Group B

Mohammed Burhanpurwala, Shabbir Jamali, Hunaid Topiwala, Sajaad Viramgamwala, Akhtar Hyderabadwala

Group C

Mustafa Beawarwala, Moiz Lodhgar, Taha Hararwala, Abdeali Chataiwala, Yusuf Viramgamwala

Group D

Behlah Khumusi, Huzefa AjmerwalaM Mustafa Moochala, Aliasgar Murtazavi, Shakir Kalangi

The league matches were held on Sunday the 15th November. The day witnessed an excellent game of Table Tennis by all participants and the spectators who had gathered to cheer the participants were left asking for more at the end of the day.

From the twenty participants, eight progressed to the quaterfinals. The quaterfinalists were:

Munaf Viramgamwala, Mohammed Burhanpurwala, Hunaid Topiwala, Moiz Lodhgar, uzefa Ajmerwala, Aliasgar Murtazavi, Mustafa , Beawarwala, Mustafa Akotwala

The quaterfinals, semifinals & finals were held on Sunday 22nd November. Once again the venue of the tournament -  Vajihi Hall transformed into a battle field and the spectators enjoyed quality Table Tennis being played by the participants.

After the quaterfinals & semifinals two players Hunaid Topiwala & Munaf Viramgamwala progressed to the finals. Both the finalists had not lost in a single match in the league stage of the tournament.

The finals began at 12:00 PM and the occasion was graced by Respected Vali Mulla Skh Ishaaq Bhai Moiyyadi & Ayaan Nul Jamaat  along with a good number of spectators.

After about 50 odd matches and 10 hours of reflexcive table tennis Hunaid Topiwala emerged as the winner of the First Fakhri Sports Club Table Tennis Tournament. We congratulate him on behalf of mumeneen of Bangalore for this achievement.

A presentation ceremony was held where prizes were distributed by Skh Ishaaq Bhai Moiyyadi. The tournament concluded by a vote of thanks by the secretary Juzer Bhai Harawala.

May Allah Grant a long and healthy life to our Beloved Aqa Moula (TUS) under whose able guidance mumeneen excel not only in deen but also in all walks of life, and May Allah give us health so that we do Khidmat of Aqa Moula (TUS) and Dawaat and earn the nazaraat rahimaa of Aqa Moula (TUS) - AMEEN.
