Masjid-ul-Qutbi or Qutbi Masjid is the centre of all the Deeni activities of Mumineen of Bangalore. This Masjid was inaugrated in Safar-ul-Muzaffar, 1397 Hijri and is ever since been the place where everyday Mumineen come for Namaaz and other Majlis. Located in the heart of the commercial part of the city, the Masjid is an easily accessible place for most Mumineen. Most Mumineen have their Business in the nearby Market in S.P. Road, S.J.P. Road, N.R. Road and other places. It is, for them, a 10 minute ride through the busy traffic to reach the Masjid. Since it is located in commercial areas, those who do not have a vehicle can use public transport such as buses and Auto-Rickshaws to get to the place.
