The Waaz began with the zikr of Naseh Ameen Rasul Allah (SAW).
Even during his childhood Rasul Allah (SAW) was known as an ameen among the arabs. He carried out tasks and gave judgements with such elegance and diplomacy that all men who came to him with their questions and problems saw their questions answered and problems solved and returned contented.
This same attribute was transferred into Moulana Ali (AS) and during his lifetime he completed all tasks which Rasul Allah (SAW) had asked him to complete. He not only played an instrumental role in spreading the message of Islam, but also fought with elements that did not perform their duties staying in the boundary of Islam.
Moulana Ali (SA) passed on this attribute to his Sons Imam Hassan (AS) & Imam Hussain (AS), who in turn passed it on to the Aimmat Tahereen(AS).
During the seclusion of Imams the way by which Duat Mutlaqeen (RA) served the Imams and nurtured the mumineen they evolved as ameens in this Duar Us Star.
Syedna Taher Saifuddin (RA) the 51st incumbent to the office of Dai-al-Mutlaq went great lengths in performing his duty of upbringing mumineen for 53 years. He wrote Risalaas, gave sabaqs, conducted waaz and travelled long distances to visit mumineen.
During his tenure religious dissenters attacked the fundamental principles of faith and Syedna Taher Saifuddin (RA) had to personally appear in court for hearing. His belief in Allah and Imam Uz Zamaan was so strong that he never lost sight of the real agenda and fought for numerous hours in court battles until he emerged victorious.
Despite this backbreaking pace of his life he always found time for his children and imbibed in them strong values. Today, we see the result of Syedna Taher Saifuddin (RA)’s efforts in our Aqa Moula Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin (TUS). This tradition was handed down from father to son, from mentor to disciple, from accomplished scholar to ardent student with such perfection that today we see the epoch of both father and son as not two but one continous epoch. Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin (TUS)’s era is nothing but a continuation of his reverend father Syedna Taher Saifuddin (RA)’s era.
The waaz culminated with the shahadat zikr of Imam Hussain (AS). Mumineen did purjosh matam. Majlis concluded by recitation of Wazifatus Shukr at 9:15 PM.
May Allah grant a long and healthy life to the haqeeqee ameen of this duar Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin (TUS) till the day of qayamat. AMEEN.
